Emsey Elkas started as a volunteer 25 years ago. He has been president of the Council for the past 10 years, is the organizer of the volunteers, and the administrator of the services. He works with the CLSC and the summer camps. He accomplishes his tasks in concert with the members of the board of directors which meets four times per year. He is active in his own church, he participates on a national committee reaching out to people outside the Church.

Emsey Elkas a commencé comme bénévole il y a 25 ans. Il est président du Conseil depuis 10 ans, est l’organisateur du personnel bénévole, l’administrateur des services. Il collabore avec le CLSC et les camps d’été. Il accomplit ses responsabilités de concert avec les membres du conseil d’administration qui se réunit quatre fois par an. Emsey est actif dans son église, il participe au niveau canadien à un comité qui cherche à joindre les gens de l’extérieur de l’Église.
